Why Seamoss Is Essential

As founder and co-founder, I am thrilled to introduce myself and share my personal story and journey to health and wellness.

My quest for health and wellness began some years ago after undergoing several health challenges and crises. During these difficult times, I discovered the answer to our pathology in Mother Nature. Therefore, food became my medicine. Along with family members and friends have overcome various morbidities such as viruses, hypertension, diabetes, menopause, neuropathy, kidney stones, gallstones, Chronic constipation, obesity, PCOS, and finally COVID-19.

One of my biggest challenges was COVID-19. It is obvious that I am a COVID-19 survivor, thanks to the Creator for our gift of nature, for healthy living. “..Behold I have giving you every seed-bearing plant and every tree with seed in its fruit. You shall have them for food” (Genesis 1:29). “…;and the fruit thereof shall be for meat and the leaf thereof or medicine” (Ezekiel 47:12). During my COVID-19 experience I was advised by the healthcare system to quarantine at home alone. Therefore, I became our personal physicians. I embraced Mother Nature in an attempt to provide self-care. I learned how to build a strong immune system naturally to combat colds, flu, and other viruses without toxic harm.

I am elated to share the following superfoods and supplements that worked miraculously for me and countless of others. Sea Moss (plant based multi-vitamin) played a vital role in rebuilding our immune systems along with Vitamin C, Zinc, D3, Coconut oil, Elderberry syrup, Ginger, Garlic, and Medicinal teas such as Echinacea, and Elecampane.
My passion for health and wellness grew out of personal experiences, years of education, and research. Pharmaceuticals, Our current healthcare system, were created to save a life in crisis (heart attack, car accident, etc.). Thank God for that, but it is NOT designed to get someone healthy; you cannot give a drug to a person and expect them to get healthier. My family & I only visit the doctor for our routine annual wellness checkups.We have all taken responsibility or our health by placing our healthcare into our hands. However, it wasn’t until we changed our diets, and added more plants/herbs, superfoods, minerals, and exercise to our regimen did we heal completely.
